Congratulations to San Diego County--they know that money from Obama and the Feds is not free.
"Under a program lionized by both conservatives and liberals for its successes around the country, the federal government subsidizes local employers, paying all or some of the wages for welfare recipients placed in jobs. The states and counties set up and run the program."
Why not do the program? "The county has rebelled against state mandates to maintain the programs as the state has frozen funding for them."
This is great, an honest county--if the money is not going to be paid by those mandating them, don't do it.
Remember the Feds owe billions to California for housing illegal aliens in prisons, but refuses to pay. Maybe Arnold should deport these criminals, since the Feds will not take financial responsibility?
