  • Political Posturing in Judiciary Committee--no surprise

Wow, the courts are political? Who would have guessed?

Obama picks the most far Left people possible. Elections have consequences.

The people vote for judges, who then represent a political philosophy--so get rid of the elections and just have politicians appoint their friends and radicals to the Bench.

There is no good answer. Worse, some on the far Left want to use tax dollars for elections, money meant for education, roads and health care.

"Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of the University of California, Irvine School of Law was the presenter against the Citizens United case and its effects on California Judicial elections. Chemerinsky expressed his concern about corporate spending on elections and suggested that publicly financed elections would answer the problem." Erwin makes Barack look conservative and responsible.

Who needed politicians to spend tax dollars on a hearing on this subject? Just ask Michael Moore, he will give us the Holy Grail--and lots of laughs.
