Read this partial list of new California laws. Laugh, but these are real--even the rules for cutting cow tails.
We have a $36 billion deficit, more than $170 billion in debt, over $200 billion underwater on CalPers, etc--but they have time to worry about bike seats, cow tails and "AB 470 removes a current obstacle that prevents insurance companies from directly releasing accident information to the attorney of an insured person."
Now you know what a Part Time Legislature would be a good thing!!!!
