Libraries are supposed to service the community. Why not make them better AND save tax dollars? it is already happening in many communities.

* · More than doubling of total weekly hours of operation from 618 hrs/wk to 1380 hrs/wk

This is not rocket science. Government, at all levels is bankrupt. It needs to go back to the essential, public safety and roads.
Sell the libraries, the Internet is better.
