Sueko touted the fact that the city's Commission for Arts and Culture is funded entirely through the tax on hotel guests, not city residents. If you like "art" pay for it yourself. The purpose of government is NOT ballet; it is protection of the citizens. San Diego is a bankrupt city, they can not afford police to protect citizens, and how can they afford sponsoring documentaries that call cops fascists?
