Soldiers move excess munitions out of Iraq as part of drawdown
As the responsible drawdown of forces and equipment escalates following the Iraqi Parliamentary elections in March, Soldiers are working to reduce the amount of ammunition in Iraq as corresponding troop levels fall.
Our Soldiers are skilled, professional warriors who live our Army Values, embody the Warrior Ethos and define the American patriot. I am honored to serve alongside these great heroes.
