The chief of the National Guard Bureau recently joined three members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff here in a panel discussion about challenges facing servicemembers and their families."Family, that's what this is about," said Gen. Craig R. McKinley, during his opening speech for the Military Child Education Coalition's 11th annual conference. "This is about raising future generations of citizens of this nation."
