I receive lots of alerts from news organization across America. This is one I received, without any changes. Sex assaults are happening all over San Diego--on the streets by private citizens and in the airports by the government. The mistake the convicted sex offender made was not getting a job with the government first. Then he could say he was practicing his government approved trade.
