This is how a big city steals money from the community and gives it to the special interests.
"Why is the City selling property for $825,000, which cost us $5.4 Million? No answer, only stonewalling. The Stonewalling caused more questions. From whom was the property bought? The sellers appeared to be a stand-in for Steve Ullman who seemed not to have transferred tile from the 1976 owners. Was there a fraudulent tax evasion of a Prop 13 re-evaluation?
What are the qualifications of the developer(s), other than being sued for fraud and incompetence?
Where is the $5,450,000.00 appraisal?

Who is going to force government to answer questions? Thanks to the passage of Prop. 22 Los Angeles will continue to have billions to play with and maintain control of the city.
