Great news from Beverly Hills.
The president of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, a very well paid position, decided he needed more money, but businesses would not pay and new businesses refused to join. He still wanted their money, even if they did not want to join the organization.
So Dan Walsh went to the City Council and demanded a new business tax, a tax on ALL businesses in BH--with the money going to him, the BH Chamber of Commerce.
The City Council said NO--good for them. Now, Dan Walsh "by mutual agreement" (fancy words for he was fired) is no longer with the Chamber.
Are there rumors that he will now go to work for a union--an organization that forces workers to pay bribes if they want to work?
A union would be the ideal place for Walsh, don't you think?
