Barack Obama is giving amnesty to illegal aliens in the Houston area--his administration has dropped cases against illegal aliens, without hearings, hundreds of soon to be deported criminals.
The idea of more judges will give the Obama Amnesty a quicker route--soon illegal aliens will be totally free of American law. Another reason to end the totalitarian regime of BO.
"The Justice Department has sworn in 23 new immigration judges, increasing the number of judges by about 10 percent in one day, according to a post Tuesday on the DOJ website. (The post, strangely, does not say what day the justices were sworn in, noting only that it happened “recently.&rdquo
The new hires should help with large backlogs in the immigration courts, where the average wait time for cases is 459 days."

Finally, one county, in Pennsylvania south has decided the people, not the unions control policy and costs of government.
"Officials of Northumberland County, Pennsylvania may be about to indulge some union busting. A proposed strike by American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Council 86, Local 2016, prompted officials to seek bids from private companies to replace the recalcitrant public employees union members threatening a walkout.
County Chief Commissioner Vinny Clausi is unrepentant about pushing the plan to bust the union.
“If they go on strike, we want to make sure we have service,” he said. “The union will not put the government out of business.”
If someone refuses to show up for work, government should take that as a resignation. Then they are replaced by someone wanting to work, even if they refuse to pay bribes to hold the job.
3. John Stossel: Higher education forbids discussion of affirmative action policies, By: John Stossel, Washington Examiner, 11/10/10:
Government schools are later day Mississippi's--bigotry runs rampant on government campuses. It is worse when a private school atcs like Ole Miss of 1965.
"I think affirmative action is racism -- and therefore wrong. If a private school like Bucknell wants to have such policies to increase diversity, fine. But government-imposed affirmative action is offensive. Equality before the law means government should treat citizens equally.
But it doesn't. Our racist government says that any school receiving federal tax dollars, even if only in the form of federal aid to students, must comply with affirmative action rules, and some states have enacted their own policies.
Advocates of affirmative action argue it is needed because of historic discrimination. Maybe that was true in 1970, but it's no longer true."

ObamaCare is a total failure--insurance rates are skyrocketing, Doctors are refusing to take new Medicare patients and getting rid of those they can.
Now, Obama is forced to exempt--for a year, big businesses from being involved--since hundreds of thousands of employees--thanks to Barack are about to lose private coverage and forced to pay high prices to get meager government health care--along with its death panels.
"As Obama administration officials put into place some of the new rules that go into effect under the federal health care law, they are issuing more waivers to try to prevent some insurers and employers from dropping coverage and also promising to modify other rules because many of the existing policies would not meet new standards.
Last month, federal officials granted dozens of one-year waivers that were aimed at sparing certain employers, including McDonald’s, insurers and unions who offer plans that sharply limit the coverage they provide. These limited-benefit plans, also known as “minimeds,” fail to comply with new rules phasing out limits on how much policies will provide in medical care each year."
5. Flight attendants union upset over new pat-down procedures, ABC15 (Arizona), 11/10/10
Has the Federal government vetted the TSA employees for previsions, sex offenses and sexual sickness? Obviously not. TSA workers are groping the breasts and crotches of children, old ladies and model types--it is a free feel for government workers.
The Federal government is now the Tenderloin of San Fran or the local Red Light district. Sick people are working for TSA and Obama is supporting perverts acting in his name.
I have an idea--let HIS wife and children on a daily basis go through the perverts of TSA--let them be groups and humiliated by sex offenders(this type of action is a sex offense, even if approval and promoted by government). Let them have the hands of strangers groping, pulling and touching their private parts.
I thought Obama was merely a totalitarian socialist--now we know he really loves sexual perversions as well. Maybe he would like to group a few old ladies and five year olds?
"A Washington, D.C. resident has formed a website critical of TSA pat-down procedures, calling on people to "opt out" on one of the busiest travel days of the nation.
Brian Sodergren designed optoutday.com in an effort to get people to experience the new TSA pat-down procedures.
"Getting a plane ticket doesn't mean you're consenting to someone being able to look under your clothes or feel your genitals," said Sodergren during a phone interview with ABC15.
Sodergren wants passengers, pilots and flight attendants to "opt-out" of the X-ray body scanners and go through the pat down procedure."
