The purpose of government is to protect the people. I wonder has anybody told Arnold that was HIS job?

I guess he is praying that the next bad earthquake, killing hospital patients, happens when Brown takes over. We deserve to know which hospitals are structurally weak--it is our lives and the Guv seems not to care.
