Bottom Line: A Constitutional Convention in California is a waste of time and money.
The Left wants one, not to fix the Constitution, but to hide its effort to end Prop. 13.
Since Prop. 13 keeps a vast majority of citizens in their homes, they would vote against the Leftist desired "modern" Constitution.
Just another way for the Left to rip off honest people. Regime change starts today, the Left needs to find new suckers.
