What a concept! Teachers working together make a better learning environment.
It only took eight months; count them, eight, high priced, "professional" government school superintendents, months to figure that at.
"So what’s working for them? Number one, using student data to inform instruction.
That in itself is nothing new; it’s become a cliché for superintendents to say that they adhere to it. Yet often it’s lip service."
They admit "nothing new here".
Now, if they had listened to real teachers in the classroom for one period, they would have figured that out.
If this is an important story, then we know why government schools are failures.
No basics. Teachers extorted by outside groups. Unions owning school boards. Seven levels of “direction" above teachers--lots of confusion.
Stop the obvious and get down to the basics. These Superintendents need to play golf instead of pontificating.
