By definition, government is organized theft. Here is another example.

Anaheim is using federal dollars and the developers are being accused of fraudulent billing. No surprise.

Your tax dollars in action--for the good of the developer--wonder if an enterprising journalist will check into the politician donations of the firm and its officers. That will tell the real story of this money.
