The LA Times gave raw data for the public to see the quality of the teachers who pay bribes to hold their jobs.
Now, the union owned LAUSD has decided they can used creative numbers, from thin air, to prove the teachers are, as Arnold would say, "fantastic" (remember Arnold translates "fantastic" from the term b.s.)
"For the past year, the Los Angeles Unified School District has contracted with an outside consulting firm that has been doing its own "value-added" analysis of how effective schools are contributing to student outcomes.
The researchers with the firm, Education Strategy Consulting, said the results they have come up with are substantially different from those published for individual schools by the Los Angeles Times in its path breaking but controversial series of reports "Grading the Teachers."
This is called Outcome Based Statistics--you tell the folks you are paying what the results should be, and the outcome is what you want.
More corruption and waste of tax dollars by LAUSD. This report will be filed under "Bad Fiction".
