Who Lied? Arnold or the Democrats?

The Guv and friends sat down to make a budget deal. They shook hands and said a deal was done.

Then Arnold vetoed close to one billion dollars worth of entitlement programs.

Either the Democrats knew about this, in advance, and they gave the Guv a wink and nod, or he lied to them when he said they had a deal.

Either way, this is why folks hate government and politics. Either Arnold lied or the Democrats lied, to their friends and donors.
