PLEASE PASS THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS--LET THEM KNOW MORE ABOUT POLITICS AND PUBLIC POLICY THE FORMER MAINSTREAM MEDIA WON'T TELL. THANKS

    1. SPECIAL REPORT: How environmentalists do it when Congress fails them, Washington Examiner, 9/30/10Government is for the special interests, not the needs and interests of the people. "
Iron Triangles: The closed, mutually supportive relationships that often prevail in the United States between the government agencies, the special interest lobbying organizations, and the legislative committees or subcommittees with jurisdiction over a particular functional area of government policy.
A Glossary of Political Economy Terms

This is why the Tea Party is making a mess for the establishment, GOP and Democrat leadership. Finally, the voters are fighting back--that is why Republican incumbents have been defeated in primaries and Democrat incumbents in the general election.

    2. On a Wing and Taxpayers: Minnesota City has $5 Million Airport Terminal But No Place to Go, by Tom Steward, Big Government, 10/2/10 "No Commercial Flights, But Airport Still Hoping to Land More Federal Funds"--who says government is broke--the Feds gave aMinnesota town millions to build an airport terminal, though no planes will and at the facility.

"St. Cloud Regional Airport (STC) touts lots of amenities on its website a café, ATM, free wi-fi, free parking and a $5 million completely renovated terminal whose capacity went up dramatically from 30 to 200 travelers. There’s also a new $750,000 passenger boarding bridge secured with federal stimulus funds to keep travelers out of the elements while catching a flight. One asset, however, the newly renovated airport notably lacks commercial flights and passengers."

And they want more--any wonder we are in a Depression and government caused it?

    3. At 'One Nation' rally, a unionized show of unity, Byron York, Wasington Examiner, 10/3/10 Unions used bribe money to rent busses and force union members to go to D.C. to listen to bigots like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Workers were forced to listen to speakers tell them they are too stupid to make decisions for themselves--like what to eat, what cars to drive, housing and why losing jobs to other nations is a good thing.

Corruption was showing its ugly face at a rally co-sponsored by unions and the Communist Party USA, along with the racist La Raza.

    4. Examiner Editorial: Elizabeth Warren's profitable conflict of interest, Washington Examiner, 10/3/10

Obama surrounds himself with tax cheats, totalitarians and self proclaimed communists. Any wonder his consumer advisor has conflicts of interest?

"Now we know why President Obama sought to avoid a messy confirmation hearing for Elizabeth Warren to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She might have had to respond to reports that she's a money-grubbing tool of trial lawyers. According to Bloomberg News, even as she was serving as head of the congressional panel overseeing the $700 billion bank bailout this year, Warren took $90,000 to testify in a class-action lawsuit by retailers against several of the major banks whose bailout she was overseeing. She told Bloomberg that she saw no conflict of interest, which speaks volumes about her judgment."

She is a moral sleaze! Just like Obama and his administration--the Chicago crowd.

    5. The Great Deconstruction: Competing Visions of the Future, by Robert J. Cristiano, New Geography 10/04/2010 Government policy is de-constructing our economic foundation.it is making us into a debtor, beggar nation--instead of a manufacturing, vibrant economic nation.

"The current administration has its own vision of how to address the coming period of deconstruction. John P. Holdren, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology, shied away from using the term de-development that he endorsed in past writing. When asked by CNSNews how he would de-develop the United States, Holdren said he would use the free market economy to implement stopping the kinds of activities that are destroying the environment and replacing them with activities that would produce both prosperity and environmental equality.

This is why it is anti-oil, anti-private enterprise; want large deficits and union/government ownership of manufacturing companies--and tax dollars only used for labor provided by extortionist unions.
