"The California economy is growing again, say researchers with Beacon Economics in their quarterly report on the states and nations economies, released Wednesday afternoon.
Personal income began to increase in the fourth quarter of 2009 and has continued to rise. The average workweek is back up to around 40 hours, after falling to just over 39 in 2009. And overtime hours are also rising -- an indication that the state economy is expanding, the report says.
However, the "recovery" is shaping up to be rather jobless, Beacon says."
