Now he is quietly in the process of taking over colleges and universities. He has already taken over loans for students--which means the Feds will determine who gets to go to college and who will be left behind--great opportunity for bigotry and illegal aliens.
"Should the nation's colleges and universities be subjugated by federal and state government? That's what is going to happen if the U.S. Department of Education goes ahead with its proposal to turn both private and public schools into "authorized" institutions.
The plan, scheduled to go into effect in November, entails a heavy cost in time and money. But what is more ominous is the whole idea of political supervision of higher education."
Do you want the Federal government to control all the colleges? do you want Obama and his totalitarians running USC or Cal? That is the bottom line.
2. Obama Refers to Illegal Aliens as Us As He Renews Call for Amnesty, cnsnews.com, 9/28/10
Obama can be whatever he wants to be. Now he wants to be an illegal alien! "President Barack Obama referred to illegal aliens in the United States as us on Tuesday while renewing his call for giving them a pathway to citizenship and amnesty--and castigating opponents of such an amnesty as demagogues."
Why cares what he claims to be, it is the facts he wants to make criminals from other countries citizens of this country that should concern all of us.
It is obvious his oath of office was a convenience, not something that meant anything to him. Sadly, the American public pays for his malfeasance.
3. As New Fiscal Year Looms, Congress Has Passed 0 of 13 Appropriations Bills, cnsnews.com, 9/29/10
We elect members of the Congress and Senate to, among others things, to have a budget in place for the start of the fiscal year, October 1. Instead, the House adjourned yesterday and might come back after the elections with dozens of defeated members. There are thirteen separate budgets to make up the national budget. The Democrats who have massive numbers in each the House and Senate have passed ZERO budgets.
Is this irresponsible? Of course. Worse, instead of completing their statutory job, the Democrats closed shop and went home to campaign instead of doing their job! Another reason for a wipe out of the Democrats on November 2.

Spain decided that "green jobs was the way to go. For every temporary green job created, two permanent jobs were destroyed. Spain now has very high "official" unemployment, "Spain's unemployment rate breaches 20% for the first time in nearly 13 years, official figures show."

That is what is going to face us if the Bush plan,implemented by Obama, is allowed to continue with his job killing efforts. Why is America in trouble? We have ideological politicans,not honest ones.
5. Republicans Bachmann, King, and Goodlatte lead charge against alleged fraud in settlement with black farmers, By Caroline May, The Daily Caller, 09/29/10 Bottomline--the Obama administration is involved in massive fraud--massive.
"Republican Reps. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Steve King of Iowa, and Bob Goodlatte of Virginia, want to know how it is that over 94,000 black farmers have sought reparations for discrimination, when data show that there are only 33,000 black farmers in the United States? And why, if the discrimination was so widespread, no USDA official was ever fired for it?
For those not familiar with the case, in 1997, 400 black farmers joined Timothy Pigford in a class action lawsuit against the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) alleging that from 1983-1997 racial discrimination prevented them from receiving loans for which they were qualified.
Obama has been deeply involved in voter fraud, financial favors to unions, supported bailouts of his friends. Now he is caught refusing to investigate massive fraud. My guess is that when the GOP takes over Congress the money for this fraud will disappear--and heads will roll--can not wait till the Congressional hearings.
