Pat Boone took the lead, David Horowitz, Andrew Breitbart and a dozen conservative speakers came to the belly of the beast--Beverly Hills, home of the millionaire socialists and bigots--Democrats run all offices--even the one GOP council member believes government should take 50% of the profit from any new development--Obama would be proud of him.
For too long conservatives have preached to the choir--now it has come to remind progressives how government has harmed real people.
"Allen Kamrava, 31, who stood sipping a Diet Coke between whistling and cheering comments he liked, said he noticed he was a few decades younger than most in the crowd. He said he believed younger people skewed liberal because of what he called a "biased education." He said he went to the rally because he liked the tea party movement as an alternative to the two-party system.
"Both parties are just drunk with power," said Kamrava, a surgical resident. "They just want government to get more and more powerful, and that's the last thing we need."
Is the next step a Tea Party in San Fran or Berkeley? In fact, both the Left and Right have reason not to trust government or the power of government--just look at the rights taken from us in 18months of Barack and Michelle.
