  • More than 16 percent of businesses in California are Hispanic-owned

There is good news in the free market.

"More than 16 percent of businesses in California are Hispanic-owned

The number of Hispanic-owned businesses in the United States increased by 43.7 percent to 2.3 million, more than twice the national rate of 18.0 percent between 2002 and 2007, the Census Bureau says."

Maybe if taxes were not so high, if Arnold had not put hundreds of Hispanic truckers out of business (in support of unions and saving the planet) at the LA and Long Beach ports--using bond money meant to fix freeways, if regulations and fees were not irresponsible, maybe more Hispanics would have their own businesses.

Government, not bigotry, is holding back the creation of small business, for all races.
