In early summer Boeing started to send 550 Long Beach jobs to Oklahoma.
About a month ago a Sacramento area firm sent 901 jobs to India and Uruguay.
So Merced losing 50 jobs may not be a big deal. Except Merced government is so far in debt it might be forced to file for bankruptcy, like Vallejo.
While this loss is about the inability of the plant to manufacture what is needed. They could have retrofitted--but didn't.
Little by little California is closing down. We need regime change on Nov. 2.
