Want to know why businesses do not want to continue in California?

Meanwhile, the proposal is being evaluated by the citys Development Services Department, which issued its first Cycle Issues report on the project Aug. 13, finding 22 outstanding review issues, including the need for a number of studies on impacts such as traffic, greenhouse-gas emissions and water quality."
This is just for a 500 foot expansion of a fast food joint. Tear it down, fire the employees and open a new spot in Arizona or Utah. California does not want businesses or jobs.
