Two pieces of good news. The Governor is in Asia for a week riding the choo-choo trains like a kid at Christmas, so we do not have another deficit budget, yet.
Second, finally, thank to not spending money like Arnold has for seven years, we have enough money for three weeks, so we do not have to issue IOU's.
"Chiang said personal income tax collections brought in an extra $119.5 million while sales tax revenue increased by $124.8 million above estimates." We also spent $1.2 BILLION less than expected.
