"Girly Men" are unable to keep their oath of office (refusing to abide by the oath when Prop. 8 needs protection). They are unable to sign or veto bills when the sounds of choo-choo trains in Asia are more important than doing you job.
Spending money you don't have, then stomping your feet like a child having a tantrum, instead of doing your job and giving the State a balanced budget.
What does Arnold say about not doing his job? "As Gov. Everything is not under control--$40 billion in deficits, regulations created by fraud, highest taxes and unemployment in the nation, while being proud of the lowest bond ratings and a statewide 40% drop out rate in our government schools.
Arnold has proven one thing--what happens when you do not have a working Governor for seven years--even worse than having a Gray Davis Governor for five years.
