California has over 20% in real unemployment. We also have policies to assure we become the number one State in unemployment. Recently a Sacramento firm sent 901 jobs to other nations. Boeing took 550 jobs from Long Beach and sent them to Oklahoma.
Two reason: high taxes and bad environmental policies. AB 32, with its companion SB 375 has killed the market for jobs as much as the bad tax policies of the Democrats and Arnold.

AB32s implementation has already begun, but critics of AB32 say that if California’s adoption of these regulations does not also become the law throughout the nation, the reliance on renewable energy could create price spikes and even brownouts, leading to businesses avoiding California altogether, because of the risk. One Republican Senate report billed AB32 as, the doctrine that California must single-handedly resolve the cyclical atmospheric warming trend through Herculean regulatory efforts.”
Prop. 23 would put a moratorium on the job killer Arnold loves.
