1. McDonnell tells Va. DMV to stop accepting federal employment card, Washington Examiner, 9/7/10 The Federal government has been playing catch and release, like bass fishing, with illegal aliens. When being released the Feds give the illegal aliens a "get out of jail free card". Thanks to this policy, started by President Bush, Barack Obama caused a nun to be murdered by one of his fish, ur, illegal aliens protected by his Administration. Instead of setting up tent cities, like the famous sheriff in Arizona does, President Obama is allowing known criminals to be free to commit more and bigger crimes.
Since Harry Reid thinks we are doing all we can to find and deport illegal aliens, maybe Nevada should be home to a large tent city. After all, the Feds OWN 94% of Nevada. Let the illegal alien live in a desert,, in a tent, with no air conditioning--kind of like the living arraignments for our soldiers in Iraq!

2. As Stadiums Vanish, Their Debt Lives On, New York Times, 9/7/10 Want a sure way to lose taxpayer dollars and possibly cause a city to go bankrupt--build a "municipal" stadium. None have paid for themselves. In all cases they have to be bailed out by taxpayers. The private businesses, the sports team, can leave behind an empty, costly stadium and move to another city stupid enough to waste hundreds of millions of dollars.
In most cases the voters approved bonds to do this, so the elected officials can not be blamed. Put the blame on the corporations that paid for the YES campaigns--those firms that will get the contracts to build the stadiums. Blame the unions, which will get the high paid, bribe paid for, jobs. Say NO to bigger government. Say NO to imperial government. Vote NO on bonds and approval of government projects like this.

#8 The city of Cleveland plans to sort through curbside trash to ensure that people are actually recycling properly. If it is discovered that some citizens are not recycling they will be hit with very large fines.
#9 Once upon a time, U.S. industry was the envy of the world. But since 1979, manufacturing employment in the United States has fallen by 40 percent.
#10 Even though the U.S. population has exploded in size, the number of Americans with manufacturing jobs today is smaller than the number of Americans who were employed in manufacturing in 1950.
#11 Having one out of every eight Americans enrolled in the food stamp program is now considered "the new normal" and Americans continue to drop into poverty in astounding numbers.
4. Hypocrisy Is Big Labors Big Problem, Deroy Murdock, National Review Online, 9/6/10 Labor unions claim ending secret ballots frees workers to join unions. The unions believe forcing workers to pay bribes to work is in the American tradition. Unions give money stolen from workers to the Democrat party, so they can vote for higher taxes and more job losing policies.
If the unions are so important, and so good, why has private union membership gone from 36% to 7%in a generation? That is because unions, like the SEIU, are bullies and corrupt--and the Obama Administration protects the corruption while harming the workers.
Lots of hypocrisy in unions. It is time to make unions voluntary and the hypocrisy will end.
5. Arizona Border Patrol engaged in a shoot out on Sunday- Also man shot and set on fire, Washington Examiner, 9/7/10 Obama might be right. He has ceded thousands of acres of Arizona to Mexican smugglers of humans, drugs, terrorists and the sex slaves. President Obama is the first American president to give away American territory--and to drug cartels and a foreign government--Mexico.
We now see why--Mexicans are shooting at our Border patrol agents--burning cars and kidnapping our citizens. There is a war on our Mexican/U.S. border.
And Barack Obama, who some claim is really a Kenyan, has proven them wrong. He is acting like the French, using the "white flag and signs" instead of the American flag and our troops to protect our nation.
November 2 can not come too soon--and 2012 becomes the return to freedom or the end of freedom in this nation.
