Local governments are trillions in debt and unfunded liabilities. Revenues are dropping while they are asking for more bonds, more taxes and more spending--too few cut backs. This may be the beginning of the end of Progressive/socialist government. We may be starting an era of private sector viability and the end of the Nanny State. It is time for us to vote on November 2 to start the process.
2. AMATO: Eating our own, U.S. military imprisons warriors for battlefield errors, Washington Times, 9/3/10
Americans soldiers not only battle the enemy, but battle the Pentagon while doing their job on the battlefield. We know about the Marines that were on trial and found innocent--by their peers. Our military not only have to worry about rockets and guns used by the enemy but also the lawyers from Washington. We ask those in the military to face two enemies at the same time--the terrorist and our government. Not a fair fight.
3. GAO: Feds should work with Arizona cops on human smuggling cases, Washington Examiner, 9/2/10
Thanks to the inaction of Obama and his regime, human trafficking is a growing problem at the Mexican border. Thanks to the Obama Attorney General suing Arizona, that State has a problem stopping the drug smuggling, sex slavery and ordinary criminals sneaking into our nation. We can not longer afford the open borders policies of President Obama. Human decency demands we stop the illegal aliens from coming into this nation.
4. Doing the DOJs Job for Them: Demanding Valid Voter Rolls Before November, J. Christian Adams, 9/7/10
Obama is going to register all welfare recipients to vote. He will not enforce the integrity portion of the law. so, he is willing to promote illegal aliens to vote, but not prosecute the corruption portion of the law.
That is corruption in itself, and the President is demanding voting as fraudulent as Cuba and other totalitarian nations--that is one way to win elections.
5. Fast food takes off in China, Christian Science Monitor, 9/7/10
While Michelle Obama is trying to close down donut shops and burger places, the Communist Chinese are begging McDonalds and KFC to set up shop. It looks to me like china is going to have more freedom, in some areas, than the United States. The Obama's need to take a legal course in the Constitution--of the United States--maybe with their smarts' they will prefer freedom to totalitarian regimes.
