First, I am NOT related to Barney Frank--the guy who had a prostitution ring run out of house. Barney is the man most responsible for the corruption and fraud of Fannie and Freddie--the housing crisis STARTED in Congressman Franks" legislation.
Now we find that his campaign solicitor is being charged in money laundering, for several Massachusetts Democrats.
"An FBI public corruption investigation that originally targeted former Massachusetts State Senator Dianne Wilkerson has expanded with Rep. Barney Frank's campaign solicitor Martin Raffol, 54, being charged with one count of engaging in a scheme to conceal material information from the Federal Election Commission.
Federal prosecutors allege that U.S. Representatives Barney Frank, Michael Capuano, William Delahunt, and Stephen Lynch all received substantial amounts of money from Raffols efforts.
Raffol, a Boston based real estate executive was charged in federal court with engaging in a scheme to conceal illegal campaign contributions made to Democrat Party campaign committees. He was also charged with witness tampering."
Democrat congressman convicted of corruption. Soon the trials of Democrats Charlie Rangel and Maxine Waters will start. Democrat John Murtha would have been charged, but he died first.
