The California Public Utilities Commission created the "smart meters" project and has now declared, " I am happy to hear that PG&E's Smart Meters are functioning properly
There’s nothing really wrong with the so-called smart meters being installed by Pacific Gas & Electric Co., says a study done for the California Public Utilities Commission following public outrage in the Central Valley over inexplicably high electric bills after the new meters were installed.
Of course it is acting "properly"--every new energy bill shows an increase in costs, not a single instance of costs going down. Yes, it is working well, for the special interests, not the people.
Why is California in a Great Depression, in part because the cost of energy is going up wildly by government design, not actually use?
