Lots of ways to kick a company out of State, and the Democrats are working on the list.

The state Assembly on Wednesday approved a bill to recoup the waived taxes.
Many corporations in California are getting a free ride when it comes to paying their fair share of the tax burden, according to state Sen. Leland Yee, D-San Francisco, who is authoring the legislation."
Of course the Democrats forget that high taxes and regulations like AB 32 and SB 375 have caused business to fire employees and/or leave the State.
So, the Democrats kill a business, and then want to punish them more by cutting tax credits.
Democrats sure know how to keep California in a Depression. This action, if passed, will assure future companies from using tax credits. How? By not coming into California to begin with.
