Californians have to be proud!! In the top ten cities for foreclosures in the whole nation, we have FOUR.
They are Modesto, Merced, Stockton and Bakersfield. Notice they are all in the Central Valley, all farming communities, places where the farm economy is the major industry.
This is the result of government policies on pesticides, regulations caused by AB 32 that are being implemented and the major one, court ordered water shortages.
The foreclosure list is proof that policies from Sacramento and the courts are keeping us in a permanent Depression.
Want to kill an economy, allow government to control policies.
