Then you had John Murtha, he gave deals to his friends, he died before he could be charged. Then you have the guy who stole from the poor of New York, their rent controlled apartments, good ole Charlie Rangel and now California's own Maxine Waters--one of Castro's buddies.
"Waters' case revolves around allegations that she improperly intervened with federal regulators to help a bank that her husband owned stock in and on whose board he once served.
"Congresswoman Waters has chosen to go through an adjudicatory subcommittee hearing, rather than accept any of the counts from the investigative subcommittee," the source told POLITICO.
In layman's terms, that means she's going to trial."
She made sure some of the bailout money went to a bank where her husband is a board member--and did not need the money.
