California is worse than the national average--maybe which is because we have so many illegal aliens. "Patients visiting California emergency departments waited an average of four hours, 34 minutes last year. That's two minutes longer than they waited in 2008 and 27 minutes longer than the national average."
That is an average of waiting 4.5 hours!! You could die before being seen.
Maybe we need to get rid of government regulations and involvement? Obviously government has not fixed the problem, only made it worse.
