Thanks to the cost of doing business in California hundreds of people will lose their jobs in San Diego County at the Callaway Golf. Co. In time, most will lose their jobs.
The jobs will go to Mexico--maybe helping stop some of the illegal aliens sneaking into our nation?
Why?
"Callaway Golf Co., said Tuesday it is moving most of its golf club manufacturing over the next 18 months to Monterrey, Mexico. Hundreds of the company's 2,300 employees stand to lose their jobs.
The move is part of a reorganization to lower the company's costs and make it more responsive to customers, said Tim Buckman, a Callaway spokesman. Callaway will gradually trim its manufacturing in Carlsbad and Toronto. It will contract logistics to other companies in Dallas and Toronto."
AB 32, unions, high taxes and fees, all contribute to the California Depression. The move by Callaway again proves it will be a long time till we end the Depression.
We need regime change in Sacramento and Washington. Failure to do that and we make ourselves a Third World State and nation.
What a job? Go to Mexico.
