There is a movement to allow local government control over their finances. The corruption of the City of Bell may have stopped that movement. If Bell does not do it, then the fact Los Angeles and San Francisco are facing deficits of close to half a billion dollars, each.
Obviously these cities are out of control. LAUSD has a 60% drop out rate--should they have local control?
I believe in local control--but Democrats running these corrupt cities make it difficult until the voters end the monopoly of Democrat corruption.
