The State has borrowed $7.5 billion from the Feds to keep our unemployment checks moving. In June the unemployment fund spent $538.9 million more than it took in. July will be just as bad. Oh, to pay this back will take an increase in the payroll tax--causing more unemployment.
California is in deep trouble--unpaid lawsuits, deficits, borrowings--we "borrowed" $20 billion just to keep the State open--that includes $12 billion stolen from Trust Funds!
