In 2007 President Bush got Governor Arnold to send 2,000 troops to the border. Barack Obama has our Guv to send 260--just before the election--you can be assured they will be home before Thanksgiving.
This isn't even a good publicity stunt.

"We will set up sites, and things like that, but we're not going to be doing any roving patrols or anything like that. We're looking to free up their agents so they can get more men, more women, more agents out on the border itself to provide security," said Keegan."
A National Guard contingent of 260 is nothing; it is a show of force for the camera's, not the terrorists, criminals, drug smugglers and traffickers in human misery to be worried about.
This is a great example of the legacy of Arnold--publicity stunts, not results.
