You would think it would not take an act of a city council for a business to be honest. Sadly, that is not true. If it were, then illegal aliens would not have jobs.
"Businesses in Temecula soon will have to guarantee their employees can work legally in the United States before they can obtain a license from the city.
The City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved an ordinance requiring businesses to use E-Verify, a federal online database that allows them to verify the status of their newly hired workers."
Every city needs this system. You need to go to your city council and demand honesty in your city limits.
Make this an issue for November--let those running for office know that refusing to stop illegal aliens is why you will vote against them.
