Even illegal aliens can't get a mediocre education in a California government school..
"At El Monte High School, four-fifths of English learners still cannot speak and write in English proficiently after six years in the system. The Los Angeles Unified School District serves a fifth of California's 1.6 million students classified as English learners, mostly Spanish speakers."
Six years and they can't read, write or speak English. You either have to be tremendously dumb or the union teachers incredibly incompetent.
I vote for the union teachers being the cause. How do you vote?
This is not about Prop.227, English Only, or integrating illegal aliens into our society. This is about a corrupt government school system wasting our money, the time of illegal aliens.
This is why LAUSD has a 60% drop out rate and Statewide we have a 40% drop out rate--the illegal aliens are leaving before graduation--because they can not graduate--they could not even read the diploma--in English.
