Some say we might get a budget by Labor Day--we have done that before. Some are now looking at the facts that most spending is court protected; therefore, NO budget is needed.

Considering Arnold has signed the last six budgets that have had a total of $140 billion in deficits, maybe we can not afford another Arnold budget?
Budget or no budget, the people of California are in trouble. The next budget deficit STARTS at $20 billion, in total money, not just general fund terms.
