Wow in one police action criminals lost $447 million worth of drugs.
What we really need is a drug war--creating an atmosphere where one drug smuggler/grower turns in his rivals.

"Authorities seized 223,555 marijuana plants in Tuolumne County over the past two weeks, worth an estimated $447 million. How much pot is that?
o If all the plants were 6 feet tall and laid end-to-end, they would go from Modesto to Monterey and back again.
o They could have made more than 500 million joints.
o The estimated value is $96 million more than all the property taxes that will be paid in Stanislaus County in 2010-11."
Let’s see if this can be topped every week. Children die of over doses every day. Save the children.
