Some claim the current fiscal crisis grows out of the policies of Willie Brown when he was the Speaker of the Assembly--union control of government and the workplace, pensions systems that would get out of control. Support for illegal aliens, while dumbing down schools and setting up a Coastal Commission which has done little good except for the rich and those who can buy "representation".
San Fran, to recognize the ethically challenged Willie Brown named a school after him. It has turned out to be one of the biggest duds in the State--so bad it can not be saved and has to be closed.
This is truly a representative of the Willie Brown years in Sacramento--looks good when approved, but in practice it destroys children, the economy and run by unions.
The closing of the government school is the true representation of Willie Brown.
