Arnold is very good at reading a script. It is obvious that he can not produce it, direct it or understand it.

This is the same Governor spending $650,000 for signs to change the name of a freeway, while he builds a $40 billion deficit.
We got starry eyed in 2003 and now we are faced with paying the bill.
