"A San Francisco civil grand jury warned today that the city's rapidly increasing pension costs threaten to overwhelm the city's budget in the coming years.
The city's contribution to the pension plan is expected to increase by $60 million a year for the next five years, according to the report."
Government, in all corners of California is collapsing, some faster than others. The Feds just added $2 billion to the State deficit, by NOT passing a bill that would have added $135 billion to the Federal budget.
