How bad is LA County-USC Medical Center?

How bad is the reporting by the LA Times? Only the last sente4nce of the article mentions that the overcrowding is due to illegal aliens.
So, the people will believe a hospital is overcrowded because of something natural. Instead it is over crowded because Phony Tony, Arnold, Boxer and Obama believe in Open Borders.
Americans are receiving bad health care, if they receive it at all, due to the Federal government obsession with having criminals, terrorists, sex traffickers, drug smugglers, live in our nation.
It is not that the facility is smaller, but that it handles too many illegal aliens--if they were not here, the hospital would be the right size.
Deport the criminals and prove me wrong.
