The ballot measures on the November ballot are historic.
If one passes, the State will no longer be allowed to steal money form local government.
If another is passed, the people of California will be allowed to stay, hold jobs and maybe prosper.
If both fail, we could pass a measure that allows us to smoke marijuana, get high and not realize California is corrupt, a failed State and bankrupt.
Then if that is not enough, we can put ourselves into more debt, to pay off the special interests in the name of "water".
Is this a great State or what?
