Great idea--if a court rules that workers can not be fired--let the court pay for them.
If a court determines that schools need "special" programs, let the courts pay for them.
Too many criminals in prison, let the courts pay for new facilities, better programs and the court of the crimes creating by the 70% of criminals that do evil deeds again.
Of course unions will sue--they can not believe the city council members and other office holders they bought, are suddenly "fiscally responsible".
Who runs our State? Courts, unions or the people? That is the real question at hand.
