The California Democrat Party has had, for years, a radical, 1960's comedian, with a filthy mouth, as its "Political Director" or "Consultant"---Bob Mulholland.
For 31 years his wife, Jane Dolan, has been the Obama/Castro of Butte County, serving on the Board of Supervisors for a generation. Finally, folks realized the 60's was over, socialism, nannyism and vicious government corruption needed to end. She lost--to an honest conservative--after 31 years of dishonest radicalism.
Like the nutty radical she is, she refused to take responsibility for her loss. "Every campaign is different, Dolan said. I think that one of the final factors in this [election] was the incredibly low turnout. You always try to get the vote out, and ultimately that isn’t something you can control or even expect or not expect.
She blamed it on turnout. Well Jane, if people wanted you to stay in office they would have voted--this lack of a vote showed the vast majority did not want her office office--probably because they are too poor to afford her lavish spending habits.
Can't wait to hear the foul language from Mulholland. How 1960's is this guy? He still keeps his pack of cigarettes in his socks or rolled up under the sleeve of his tea shirt.
Wonder if Fidel sent Jane a note on her loss?
